The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看似很美式主旋律，但就是能够被这样人性的光辉所感动。
一开始是很感动，现在这个时候再看“世界人民大团结”的电影，难免鼻子发酸，希望地球村依然是可以想象的。再后来是难过，时代的沙砾掉在个人头上可能就是毁天灭地的陨石。最后是沮丧，看他们纪念10周年，在想我们有没有机会这样纪念什么社会事件？

很不错，音乐剧总是从始至终调动气氛，维持着舞台的充盈。
911之后真正反思外交政策的有作品吗？只有这些逃避大问题，满足点温情的东西吗？

机长原型说她看了这部戏101次，它没有让人沉溺在悲伤里喘不过气。自始至终靠的是人性本身的脆弱、敏感、真实和温暖在打动观众。911过去了二十年，但人类还是有点希望的，不是吗？
