　　Beginning just after the bloody Sioux victory over General Custer at Little Big Horn, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee intertwines the perspectives of three characters: Charles Eastman (Beach), né Ohiyesa, a young, Dartmouth-educated, Sioux doctor held up as living proof of the alleged success of assimilation; Sitting Bull (Schellenberg), the proud Lakota chief who refuses to submit to U.S. government policies designed to strip his people of their identity, their dignity and their sacred land – the gold-laden Black Hills of the Dakotas; and Senator Henry Dawes (Quinn), who was one of the architects of the government policy on Indian affairs. While Eastman and patrician schoolteacher Elaine Goodale (Paquin) work to improve life for the Indians on the reservation, Senator Dawes lobbies President Grant (Thompson) for more humane treatment, opposing the bellicose stance of General William Tecumseh Sherman (Feore). Hope rises for the Indians in the form of the prophet Wovoka (Studi) and the Ghost Dance – a messianic movement that promises an end of their suffering under the white man. This hope is obliterated after the assassination of Sitting Bull and the massacre of hundreds of Indian men, women and children by the 7th Cavalry at Wounded Knee Creek on Dec. 29, 1890.     肉身肌肤上的疮口或许可以随年日慢慢被治愈，但内心里的惊惧忧虑却会一再撕裂，久久不得安心。在睡梦中、在神游中、在散漫的日常生活所有的琐碎当中，一而再再而三地想起从前身困囹圄，心困炼狱的往事。用鱼眼镜头展示出残酷的狱中记忆，如梦似幻，昏昏沉沉，惶惑、迷乱而惊悸。每逢赌场，必有叫喊令人两耳鸣叫的“USA”，暗自嘲讽。这是本片仅有的，乏善可陈的亮点之一二。其余部分实在是索然无味。不知是模仿了谁，是索菲亚·科波拉还是王家卫，风格不成风格，故事不成故事。涉及牌的玩法，想必对于早看过香港电影的人而言，未免显得太过于小儿科了。

    节奏太慢，看之前以为是赌神+疾速追杀的结合体，看完以后啥也没有，男主牌都没赢就走了，本来就是想看看男主是不是神算子，结果只是装逼子。PS：中间有一段bgm很像怪奇物语片头，我小声说了一句stranger things，听见坐我后面的有人跟了一句stranger things，笑不活了…

    三星半，救赎情节类型电影，主角能玩牌的设定可以换成任何其他技能，身边的小兄弟几乎就是他内心的样子，在寻求复仇的同时完成自我救赎，失去了现在的一切却又拥有了全新的自己和感情，漂亮的完成了正面反讽主义的影片，伊萨克越来越像克鲁尼了

    看评价好像比较两级，但我好喜欢啊。电影的气质非常迷人，从开头就被吸引了，内核还是ptsd反战那一套，但故事营造的氛围和节奏非常好。监狱片段用广角展现有巧思。配乐爱了，我要去找原声了。伊萨克最近出镜率比较高啊，之前一直没get到他，在这部里好像对味了。
